What’s the biggest lesson you’ve learned so far in your career?

People do not care how much you know until they know how much you care.

What advice would you give to someone who’s starting out in the hospitality industry?

It is an incredibly rewarding industry if you are passionate about hospitality. You cannot fake hospitality, it is felt.  But if you are truly in it for hospitality you can take this career anywhere and impact so many lives. We are so lucky, we get to throw a party every night for a living!

What’s your favorite aspect of your job?

I love being in the dining room, seeing the vibe, and watching the controlled chaos! The worst part of my job would be the office work!

What do you love most about Tampa?

I am from a small town outside of Buffalo, NY. I love the weather here and the quality of life!  Always something to do!  I am truly excited to be a part of the growing F&B scene in Tampa.  It has been a long time coming and there are so many amazing restaurants coming to the city, the culinary scene will be elevated and I am happy to be a part of it!
