Jay Howard, grew up in Sarasota and Weston, FL before moving to Orlando for his start in Out of Home Advertising. After a five-year stint in Los Angeles working with national brands and advertising agencies, he came back to Tampa with a wealth of experience in the OOH industry. He is known as “The Billboard King of Tampa” among his wife and 3-year-old son.
