Madison Hedding grew up in Washington State (Go Cougs!) before making the cross-country trade from snow to sand and moved to Tampa in 2021 to work for a digital marketing firm as Director of Digital Strategy. When she’s not neck-deep in the digital world, she’s enjoying all the delicious eats & drinks Tampa has to offer and spending time with her boyfriend Austin, and one-year-old golden retriever puppy, Maverick. Madison loves the digital world as it’s always ever-evolving, and continues to elevate the world of marketing to new heights. Her career started in college athletic marketing but has since transformed into the agency world where she oversees clients in almost every industry imaginable. The best advice Madison can give a business is that, “if you don’t market your business online, someone else is going to do it for you!” Cheers!

What are you most excited about in your new role? As I just recently started with White Whale, I am excited to grow not only locally with clients – but nationally. We represent businesses and their digital footprints that not only extend around Tampa but throughout the entire US and Canada. Although college athletics is different from most industries, the world of digital is consistent across the board. I love developing and elevating strategies in order to expand one’s digital footprint in a unique out-of-the-box way. The world of digital marketing is one of my biggest passions – and I cannot wait to ignite not only our clients in the digital realm but the entire White Whale team in their digital capabilities.
