Matthew Harrell has been recently promoted to the first-ever Chief Revenue Officer at Franklin Street! As a recognized business leader, Harrell has been paramount to the success of the full-service commercial real estate firm’s insurance business and overall growth, and will now take on a wide-ranging leadership role with the growing Tampa-based company.
Harrel joined Franklin Street in 2009, with responsibility for leading the firm’s largest and highest revenue grossing line of business. Over the last 12 years, he has been instrumental in growing the insurance division while establishing Franklin Street as a trusted partner for institutional owners, investors, and developers throughout the country.

The company is on track to substantially surpass previous revenues this year.
