According to Tampa Tomorrow, this building will offer fourteen condos that span across 1,650 sqft including 2 bedroom/2 bath + 1 den layouts. The top two floors are penthouse units that include 3 bedroom/3 bath + 2 and a half bathroom layouts, with beautiful balconies.
Unit pricing plans to start in the low $500,000 with penthouse units starting in the $800,000s.
