Renderings Unveiled for Water Street’s Boulon Brasserie — and They’re Everything

Renderings for French bistro Boulon Brasserie just dropped, and they’re très magnifique. As Business in Tampa first reported in December, the third and newest concept of the Tampa Bay hospitality powerhouse Next Level Brands will span over 7,000 square feet on the street level of Water Street Tampa’s Thousand & One office tower.

“When I first saw these renderings, I was actually taken aback,” Next Level Brands co-founder Jeff Gigante told BIT. “To be able to lead a team that is bringing this concept to my hometown is a dream come true for me.”

The full-service restaurant space is being designed by Atelier Zébulon Perron, the same Montreal-based architecture firm responsible for NLB’s Union New American.

“The elegance and warmth of this restaurant design are, far and away, the most beautiful spaces I’ve seen. Atelier Zébulon Perron has outdone itself.”

“After decades of creating spaces to entertain our guests, I truly feel we are taking dining in Tampa Bay to the next level.”

Boulon Brasserie anticipates a late summer debut.
