There’s a new hotel and residential development in town. The Pendry Tampa, a 5-star property planned for Tampa’s Riverwalk, will include 220 luxurious guest rooms and 207 design-forward residential spaces.

The project is spearheaded by California’s Pendry Hotels & Resorts and Two Roads Development. Because of the company’s roots, the Pendry Tampa will include a combination of Florida and Californian design aesthetics. 

The amenities list for the new property is vast. Both short-term guests and residents will enjoy a rooftop pool and lounge, a kids’ club, spa and fitness center. In addition, the building will feature over 11,000 square feet of meeting space for conferences, corporate events and other gatherings.
