Englewood and Riverview, two Southwest Florida cities are set to welcome Scooter’s Coffee. This Omaha, Nebraska-based chain operates 450 drive-thru cafes in 23 states.

Scooter’s Coffee got its start in 1998 as the first drive-thru coffeehouse in Bellevue, Nebraska. Since then, the brand has expanded and now offers on-the-go and at-home products that can be purchased online or in stores.

The franchise locations in Englewood and Riverview will be owned and operated by two separate couples.

Becky Vinton and her fiance, Joe Jeanette will open a Scooter’s cafe in Englewood where their parents live. And, in Riverview, franchisees Angela and Jamie Bastian will develop three Scooter’s Coffee cafes.

With the tagline Be Amazing, Englewood and Riverview natives have high hopes for the introduction of Scooter’s in their area.
