Willkommen Fußball! The Tampa Bay Buccaneers recently announced that they’ll be playing the first-ever regular-season NFL game in Germany as part of the NFL’s expanding International Series 2022.
The Bucs’ opponent for the game at FC Bayern Munich Stadium will be revealed when the league’s full schedule is released this spring.
The International Series, which started in 2007, will also see the Green Bay Packers and New Orleans Saints as designated home teams at London’s Tottenham Hotspur Stadium and the Jacksonville Jaguars and Arizona Cardinals at Wembley Stadium (London) and Estadio Azteca (Mexico City).
