Today, Tampa Museum of Art is unveiling their brand-new Education Center. As a part of their Centennial Renovation and Expansion, the new center includes spaces for people of all ages to learn about art, take classes, attend summer camps and listen in on lectures.
The expansion will give the museum the opportunity to service more students than ever before. It will also make classes available to patrons outside of the museum hours, which was not possible before. In addition to tripling the capacity of the educational spaces, the rest of the renovations include the doubling of the museum’s gallery spaces.
