HITE and Notch, two apartment buildings in Tampa’s Seminole Heights neighborhood, have sold for $60.6 million. Although the buyer remains anonymous, the deal was completed by CBRE’s Debt & Structured Finance division. 

HITE, located at 6006 N. Florida Ave., is a five-story building with 81nopt units and 6,771 square feet of retail space. Notch, at 6307 N. Nebraska Ave., is four stories of property filled with 112 units and 1,144 square feet of retail.

Although we do not yet know the fate of these two complexes, we’re excited to see what the future holds for them as the Seminole Heights area continues to grow and develop.
