The announcements about Water Street Tampa’s developments continue to excite Tampa residents and visitors. The largest residential building in the district has been announced for a March 2022 opening. 

Asher, located at 1050 Water St, will feature 490 residential units, available for pre-leasing next month. The building will also be the home to an extended-stay boutique hotel, Roost Tampa. 

Asher will occupy the top 15 floors of the building, while Roost will include 97 units on the bottom six floors. The combination of high-end apartments and hotel amenities is brand-new to the Tampa Bay area. Visitors and residents of the property will be exposed to “endless experiences morning, noon and night.” According to an interview from Strategic Property Partners, the lead Water Street developers, the building’s design will be a “nod to Tampa’s industrial history.”
