Boulon Brasserie Will Bring French Flavor to Water Street Tampa

Jeff Gigante Next Level Brands Boulon Brasserie

Next Level Brands is at it again. The group recently announced their new concept Boulon Brasserie, which is slated for a 2022 opening in the Water Street Tampa district on the ground floor of Thousand & One. The “French Bistro” will include a full-service restaurant, cafe and a bar. Boulon Brasserie will pay homage to France with delicious fresh-caught seafood dishes and modern twists on traditional French pastries.

The brains behind this new concept and Next Level Brands include restaurateur Jeff Gigante, real estate entrepreneur Andrew Wright and attorney/investor Joseph Guggino. The trio are behind Hyde Park’s Forbici, as well as Union New America, coming soon to Westshore.

Speaking about his partners, Jeff Gigante shared that: “We all share the same vision at Next Level Brands. To elevate the culinary landscape of Tampa Bay by creating a collection of beautiful and authentic restaurants. Our vision of immersive dining is the perfect complement to the experiential nature of Water Street Tampa.”

Boulon Brasserie will occupy over 7,000 square feet in a space designed by Montreal-based architecture firm Atelier Zebulon Perron, also assigned to developing the look for Union New American. We’re looking forward to seeing this space come to life next summer.
