Last week, Tampa’s Buddy Brew Coffee announced that it has signed a deal with Winn-Dixie’s parent company, Southeastern Grocers (SEG). SEG, “one of the largest conventional supermarket companies in the U.S.,” has given Buddy Brew placement of their BOLT Organic Cold Brew in 110 Winn-Dixie locations in Alabama, Florida, Georgia, Louisiana and Mississippi.

This announcement comes just three months after the company struck a deal with The Fresh Market to carry four blends of their whole bean coffee.

With Buddy Brews local and national growth, the brand is putting Tampa, FL on the map for recognized coffee destinations. In fact, Fodor’s recently included Tampa in their list of 22 of the “best American cities for coffee cafes,” with Buddy Brew mentioned in the article.
