Late last week, Florida’s Michelin Guide was released, granting three Tampa restaurants with Bib Gourmand awards. Although no stars were given this time, Bib Gourmand designation was awarded to Ichicoro Ramen, Rooster & the Till, and Rocca for great “value-for-money.” 

This is the first time ever that the Michelin extended their guide to the state of Florida. 29 restaurants in the state received Bib Gourmand awards, while 15 restaurants received at least one coveted Michelin Star. 

Although Tampa restaurants have not received any stars yet, the inclusion of Florida in Michelin’s yearly guide elevates the culinary scene in the state. To see a full list of restaurants recognized in Florida visit the Michelin Guide website.
