Tampa-based Fresh Kitchen is opening its first location in Gainesville, FL on Tuesday, March 22nd. This is the build-your-own-bowl concept’s 11th location. 

Fresh Kitchen provides 100% gluten-free food in a healthy fast food environment. Their food ethos includes principles like “we believe in serving fresh, high quality ingredients that nourish and energize your body.” Their first restaurant opened in September of 2014 on S. Howard Avenue with their second location opening a year later in Sarasota. 

The latest location in Gainesville will feature the brand’s most updated look and feel with a unique mural by Bianca Burrows that is inspired by the community.
