The Madeira Apartments, located at 7533 38th Ave. N in St.Pete have sold for approximately $17.3 million. The multifamily complex sits on 2.75 acres, less than three miles from Tyrone Square Mall and an abundance of entertainment options.

CK Management LLC, located in Connecticut, bought the multifamily complex from Florida-based GPK Real Estate and Development.

The Madeira features six floor plans with one, two and three bedroom apartments for rent. On their website, it’s said that “all of our floor plans have carpeted floors, a dishwasher, mini blinds, and a refrigerator to ensure comfort and convenience.” The property is pet friendly and includes a swimming pool, making the apartments the “perfect home.”
