The latest project of Ybor’s Gas Worx is set for a 2022 kick-off. Ybor Flats will become Tampa’s largest multi-family project in history with three buildings filled with 724 apartment units, 20,000 sq. ft of commercial space and 940 parking spaces. The project is set to begin development this year with an anticipated completion of sometime in 2025. 

Gas Worx was announced last year after 50 acres was purchased and destined for office, retail and residential development in Ybor City. The billion-dollar project is similar to Water Street, but this time backed by Darryl Shaw of Kettler in Washington D.C. The goal of this new neighborhood is to connect Ybor City with the Channel District.
